The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the Goethe-University Frankfurt invites applications for an

Professorship (W3) in Management Science and Strategy

starting at the earliest possible time. The professorship is temporary (initially for 5 years). The successful candidate is expected to carry out research and teaching in any area of management science and strategy. A theoretical or empirical focus, for example in network economics, theory of the firm or strategy is desirable.

The professorship is part of the Department of Management and Microeconomics which combines research topics and methods from economics and management science with a particular focus on the analysis of markets and organizations. Candidates must possess a doctorate and an excellent research record.

The designated salary for the position is based on "W2" on the German university scale or equivalent. The Goethe-University is seeking to increase its share of women in research and teaching and particularly welcomes applications of female scholars.
