The Department of Industrial Organization, Logistics and Technology of Toulouse Business School is seeking to fill in one faculty position in the field of Industrial Organization / Innovation Management, to maintain and develop its reputation for excellence in research and high quality teaching. Applications are encouraged from candidates with expertise in any of these areas but in the context of an application in Innovation Management, a specialization in the Economics of Networks and Intellectual Property will be valued. The position is open from September 2010 and is maintained until filled in.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will have a PhD, the potential to publish in leading academic journals and/or the recognition at an international level in his research, and excellent teaching ability. Teaching language can be adapted to the profile of the successful candidate: teaching can be done in English but the ability to teach in French or Spanish is valued.
ABOUT THE SCHOOL: Toulouse Business School (ESC Toulouse) was the first French business school outside Paris area to obtain AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA accreditations. The School has three campuses: Toulouse, Barcelona (Spain), and Casablanca (Morocco). It has a core "Grande Ecole" Program, lasting three years with roughly 450 students entering each year, which delivers a Master in Management; this program is offered on all campuses. There are twenty specialized Master programs (one of which specializes in supply chain management and another one in innovation and technology management), an MBA program, and an executive program. The School has formed a partnership with the Department of Management of the University of Toulouse I (IAE) to offer a joint PhD program (Ecole Doctorale) in Management.
